This was my first time creating a full-body character, so I was truly excited and had a lot of fun throughout the process. Through this project, I was able to deeply explore facial sculpting, body proportions and posing, as well as the expression of clothing folds and materials.
I don't think I would have been able to take on this challenge so easily on my own, but thanks to the academy classes, I was able to get started without too much difficulty. I also believe the study group played a big role in helping me complete the project successfully.
The most enjoyable part for me was exchanging feedback during the study sessions and improving the details — it was a very valuable experience that helped me grow a lot.
